This morning I met my sponsored horse and rider combination Finn and Charlotte Bowden at Allens Hill Competition and Livery Centre for the BD dressage to give Finn a pre-event warm up massage 🖐 🤩
It was lovely to watch Finn really relax, swing and stretch in his second test after being a little ‘woohoo’ in his first 🐎
If your saddle fits your horse there should be no excuse for over tightening your girth ✖️
If your saddle doesn't fit and it's moving around you shouldn't be riding your horse in it❗️
Over tightening the girth is not the answer 😬
Most horse owners have heard of dreaded ligament injuries and how they can be detrimental to the future of your horse’s working career 😢
But many of us may not really know what a ligament is, and may be afraid to ask for not wanting to appear ‘stupid’ 🙈
